Q: How do I join the TruDog Love Club?
A: Joining is easy! All you have to do is create a free TruDog account and sign up to receive your order on a recurring basis. As long as your recurring order is active you’ll retain all of the benefits the TruDog Love Club has to offer!
Plus, you’re always in control. You choose the products, quantity, and shipping interval you want to meet your dog’s unique needs. You can even skip or cancel your subscription simply by contacting us. Just call at least 7 days in advance of your next shipment and we’ll be happy to accommodate any request.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: As soon as you place your recurring TruDog Love Club order you’ll automatically be enrolled and will start earning points with your very first purchase. You’ll earn 12 points on every dollar you spend with TruDog on both your recurring order and any one-time orders you place in between your regular shipments. Non-subscribers earn 6 points on every dollar you spend with TruDog.
Q: How do I redeem points?
A: Redeeming points is simple. You’ll earn a $5 off coupon code with every 500 points you earn. You’ll be sent a code that you can use during checkout.
You can also call our happiness concierges and they’ll be happy to redeem your points for you as well. In fact, your priority status means you’ll be assigned your very own TruDog Happiness Concierge to ask questions, get assistance with your account, or place an order without having to go online.

Q: What if I cancel my recurring order?
A: If you choose to cancel your order you’ll no longer be a member of the TruDog Love Club and will lose access to your privileges. However, you will retain any rewards points you’ve accumulated. You can always adjust or pause your order instead of cancelling, so feel free to contact our Happiness Concierges and they’ll make the necessary adjustments so you can keep your TLC membership active.
